The Cybersecurity Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with the Head of Security Architecture to take ownership of and guide the Security Architecture for The Adecco Group's Global Business Unit. This role encompasses a comprehensive vision and strategic planning, alongside operational assessments, controls, and design.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing a robust Security Architecture framework that encompasses endpoint, network, on-premise, and public cloud environments, as well as the identification and management of security events.
- Working under the guidance of the Head of Security Architecture to engage with stakeholders, ensuring the integration of advanced technologies into The Adecco Group's IT Security framework.
- Creating solution architecture roadmaps that align with established security standards.
- Supporting the design, integration, and initial implementation of security solution architectures.
- Executing technical proof of concepts to validate how an architecture can meet security requirements.
- Providing insights to the Group VP of IT Security, Risk, and Compliance regarding relevant technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in security architecture, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of security principles.
- Proven track record in developing blueprints and directives for cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in designing secure architectures for global data centers or public cloud environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with designing restricted zones in accordance with national defense standards is an advantage.
- A Master’s degree in Information Technology or IT Security is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate information, identify critical issues, and draw informed conclusions.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as French or German are a plus.
