**Job Summary**
Glocomms is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their team in Chambery, Auvergne-Rhones-Alpes. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining strategy across the business, working with the Director of Cyber Security to assist with Project Roadmap, Resource Planning, Budget Tracking, and Presenting to Board Level Stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement governance frameworks to ensure effective project management
- Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to identify and mitigate risks
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement resource planning and budget tracking processes
- Present project updates and recommendations to Board Level Stakeholders
- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures
**Requirements**
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in a Cyber Security environment is preferred
- Prince 2, Agile or Jira Certifications are desired
