  • Hedging Instruments: Establish hedging strategies and adjust liquidity transfers as necessary.
  • Guarantee Management: Oversee guarantees provided to subsidiaries and support funding negotiations.
  • International Financial Institutions: Cultivate relationships with entities such as the EIB and IFC, and negotiate new financial arrangements.
  • Asset Allocation Tool Development: Lead the ownership and enhancement of asset allocation tools.

Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated experience in Debt Capital Markets.
  • Robust funding and treasury expertise.
  • Experience with international funding operations.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the banking sector.

  • Self-sufficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strategic thinker.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in funding, treasury, Debt Capital Markets, or structured finance.
