We are actively seeking proficient Meat Processing Operatives (M/F) to support various clients in the Quimper region. As a Beef Butchery Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Deboning beef
- Portioning meat into manageable cuts
- Executing handling tasks
- Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of tools and equipment.
Compliance with hygiene and safety protocols is essential, and you should be comfortable operating in cooler environments. Proficiency in knife handling is a prerequisite for this role.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in beef processing or related fields
- Expertise in knife skills
- Enthusiastic, meticulous, and a collaborative team member
- Good manual dexterity
