Wimoov is a pioneering organization in the field of mobility, dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations towards autonomous, sustainable, and responsible mobility. As a non-profit organization, we are part of the SOS Group, a leading social entrepreneurship group in Europe, with a presence in over 40 countries and serving 2 million beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Mobility Assessments: Analyze barriers and potentials, and define personalized action plans to support the mobility of individuals in integration programs.
• Lead Mobility Support: Find solutions and implement and monitor mobility services, promoting autonomy and access to employment or education for target populations.
• Develop Customized Mobility Paths: Utilize physical, phone, and digital support, in coordination with employment support provided by partners, to create tailored mobility solutions.
• Collaborate with the Team: Contribute to the establishment and development of a territorial dynamic focusing on mobility, transportation, and integration issues, and inform partners about project implementation in the territory.

Requirements:

• Experience with Vulnerable Populations: A minimum of two years of experience working with vulnerable populations, knowledge of integration programs, and a sensitivity to sustainable mobility and road safety.
• Skills and Qualifications: Possess skills in listening, facilitation, teaching, writing, and partnership management, with experience in training, teamwork, and partnership work.
• Education and Certifications: A completed Bachelor's degree in the Social and Solidarity Economy, transportation, territorial planning, or mobility is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Internal Training and Development: As a Mobility Advisor, you will receive internal training to enhance your skills and knowledge in this field.
