About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Comptalents. As a Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Monitor the profit and loss of a commercial entity, controlling and analyzing commercial activity to identify areas for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare budgets, monthly closures, and track discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance and provide business partner support and advice to the Commercial and Financial Departments.
- Strategic Studies: Conduct strategic studies and analyses as needed to inform business decisions.
- IT Systems: Strong interest in Information Systems, particularly Business Intelligence and Data Visualization.
- System Deployment: Assist in the deployment and training of a new budget planning tool (ANAPLAN).
- Data Quality: Ensure data quality in systems and compliance with internal processes and rules.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Audit.
- Experience: Over 3/4 years of successful experience in Financial Control or Audit.
- Skills: Very good command of Excel and strong interest in IT systems. Fluent in English.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with BI or DataViz software and knowledge of Sage ERP.
