Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

ACTIFORCES is seeking a highly experienced Production Team Leader to join our team in the Loiret region. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Manage production schedules and personnel to meet business objectives
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement changes
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, including hydraulics, mechanics, automation, and pneumatics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
