About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Zôdio as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and personalized welcome to our clients, making them feel at home in our store.
  • Share your passion and knowledge of our products with clients, offering high-quality advice to build loyalty and drive sales.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of your sales area, including visual merchandising, stock management, and other key tasks to drive business performance.
  • Work on cross-functional projects, such as handling cash transactions, acting as a sales ambassador to welcome clients and guide them through their shopping experience, and managing online reservations, among other tasks.

Requirements:

  • You have a talent or passion for the art of fine dining, and you enjoy spoiling your guests (tempting them with your culinary skills and attention to detail).
  • You have the soul of a salesperson who is not afraid of a challenge, and you have a solid understanding of commercial arguments to build trust with your clients.
  • You are comfortable with technology and social media, and you are able to navigate multiple channels (including online and in-store experiences).
  • You are eager to take the initiative and seize opportunities for growth and development.
