The Cybersecurity Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing secure IT systems and infrastructure for Lonza. This position requires extensive hands-on experience in IT security, preferably in the life science or manufacturing industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong solution-oriented engineering mindset and knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing secure IT systems and infrastructure
• Supporting infrastructure security projects by ensuring the implementation of required security controls
• Enforcing secure configuration of new and existing assets
• Defining and implementing effective vulnerability remediation measures
• Driving security culture within IT Infrastructure

Key requirements include:

• Masters degree in computer science or information security
• Minimum of 4 years in Information technology, with 1 year in Information Security
• Track record of participating in security projects and being the security SME for IT projects
• Professional security management certification, such as CISSP
