**Job Description & Requirements**

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Production Reliability scope, overseeing the work of over 400 developers and ensuring they have the tools, processes, and environment needed to excel. As a leader in R&D, you'll play a critical role in shaping our SaaS product reliability and contributing to our global success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team and growing its capabilities through training and mentorship
  • Developing and implementing vision and strategy for Platform Reliability
  • Collaborating with dev teams on architecture, design, and planning
  • Managing big projects on multi-cloud environments
  • Owning and improving production stability and performance

**What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, preferably in a global company
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Data-driven approach with a love for numbers and metrics
  • Strong technical expertise with hands-on experience
  • Ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation
