Kilian Paris is a luxury fragrance brand seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Global Digital and E-Commerce Assistant Intern.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a key coordination role within the Online Global team, working closely with different regions and teams to execute 360 online activations at a global level. This will involve:
- Creating monthly e-merchandising guidelines for seasonal launches and ensuring content availability for all markets.
- Coordinating online launches with content creation, product description development, and dedicated page setup.
- Participating in the creation of 360 animation online plans to support each launch.
- Supporting e-CRM strategy with brief creation and collaborating with the image team for asset creation.
- Monitoring activations led by regions and e-retailers, with specific assessments and recommendations.
- Collecting monthly report data from regional teams and analyzing online KPIs to improve performance.
- Studying competitive environments to ensure KILIAN PARIS remains the best in class.
- Participating in key site enhancements and contributing to website e-merchandising and content creation via the CMS.
- Monitoring and notifying bugs to regions and participating in UX optimization to ensure a seamless luxury KILIAN PARIS journey.
Requirements:
- Master's degree student or Business School graduate with a focus on digital marketing and e-commerce.
- First experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is preferred, but not required.
- Fluency in English and French is essential, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Google Analytics knowledge and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented with a passion for leading projects and driving results.
- Understanding of the luxury industry is a plus.
