Nous sommes la société regroupant les expertises immobilières du Groupe La Française, gestionnaire d'actifs multi-spécialiste. Nous comptabilisons plus de 32 milliards d'euros d'encours et disposons de trois centres de gestion en France, en Allemagne et au Royaume-Uni.

Vos missions

Pour le compte de notre département financement immobilier, nous recherchons un(e) alternant Assistant(e) Debt Manager.

Vous serez intégré(e) aux équipes financières en charge du pilotage des fonds composées d'une quinzaine de personnes. Vous participerez principalement :

  • A la mise en place de nouveaux financements immobiliers et corporate : constitution des dossiers de financement, appels d'offre et finalisation des discussions avec les établissements bancaires...
  • A la gestion des refinancements : définition de la stratégie du fonds, discussions avec les établissements bancaires, mise en place du refinancement...
  • Au monitoring des financements en place au travers du contrôle des engagements contractuels, du calcul des covenants...
  • A la consolidation et au suivi de l'activité du pôle financement immobilier, notamment en participant au développement et à l'automatisation d'outils de gestion des financements.
Compétences requises

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) doté(e) d'une formation Bac +5 Ecole de commerce ou Université avec une spécialisation en finance ou en immobilier. Vous avez une première expérience réussie dans le secteur du financement immobilier commercial, idéalement dans un contexte international. Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux et doté(e) d'un bon sens relationnel. Une expérience Asset Management est très appréciée. Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais.
