Position Overview:
SOLIHA Haute-Savoie is a prominent association dedicated to enhancing living conditions through sustainable housing solutions. As part of the SOLIHA Movement, we are committed to ensuring equitable access to quality housing for all. Our dedicated team comprises 17 professionals with diverse expertise in private housing renovations, social housing oversight, and supportive living environments.
Role Responsibilities:
- Overseeing collaborative efforts with local authorities to advance private housing enhancement and energy efficiency projects.
- Managing intricate projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinating activities within the housing team to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Playing a key role in the strategic growth of the association.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, or housing-related fields is required.
At least three years of relevant experience in housing renovation projects.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management and team leadership is essential.
Desired Attributes:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience in organizing events and activities.
Position Details:
