- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Establish clear definitions for data, associated rules, and ownership.
- Apply data governance standards to ensure data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior data management role, preferably as a CDO or similar.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data analytics.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance related to data.
- Experience with big data technologies and platforms.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
