Cybersecurity Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Director to join our Cloud & DevOps team in the Engineering department of our Paris office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing the technical architecture of the platforms we develop for and with our clients, ensuring their operability and resilience, and developing tools for software delivery within the framework of appropriate security strategies.
Your Role:- Work with security teams from our clients to identify and implement security measures and controls
- Bring your cybersecurity expertise to support the teams in France and Europe
- Help to promote cybersecurity practices and implement the associated tools across our portfolio of client projects
- Carry out and document risk assessments for the various components
- Help manage security alerts (warnings, door locks, incidents, etc.): detect, assess and respond to them
- Ensure that our clients comply with cybersecurity laws and regulations, such as RGPD, HIPAA, etc.
- Coordinate security audits and compliance assessments for our clients
- Define our strategy for specialist cybersecurity partnerships, from identifying partners to managing contracts
- Work with the functional teams to ensure optimal patching
- You have an engineering background in one of the following areas: security, network, development, etc.
- You have at least one previous experience in the design and implementation of security measures
- You have experience in the security of public cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- You are familiar with cybersecurity governance and compliance issues
- You are familiar with IT security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, identity and access management systems, etc.
- You have knowledge of network security, operational security and functional security
- You have experience of integrating technical solutions (IAM, etc.)
- You are familiar with risk assessment, analysis and management methodologies
- You have a proactive approach, an analytical mind and a willingness to take ownership of issues independently
- You have one of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, or any other similar certification
- You regularly work in international environments
- You are connected to one or more CISOs of major CAC 40 companies
