About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Center Decommissioning Specialist to join our team at Amazon Data Services France SAS - F17. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of legacy hardware from our data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Decommission and process legacy hardware out of data center facilities
  • Install, remove, and destroy hard drives
  • Troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Remove and install basic networking equipment and clear configurations
  • Interact with third-party vendors and contractors
  • Perform manual handling and lifting of equipment (weight limits in accordance with regulations)
