YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Raw Materials Procurement Specialist (Vegetables, Fruits & Ingredients), you will collaborate with multiple departments including Procurement, Planning, R&D, Quality, Sales, Accounting, and Production. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Identifying and sourcing suppliers and products to fulfill customer needs and internal requirements.
- Monitoring industry trends, product specifications, and fluctuations in pricing.
- Assisting in bid preparation, proposal evaluation, and purchase order management.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and overseeing the verification of invoices.
- Ensuring adherence to purchasing agreements, product quality standards, and delivery timelines.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Proven ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative, meticulous attention to detail, and effective written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficient in standard office software.
