About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pilot Installation Specialist. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the transformation of liquid dairy materials and fats into powder, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the transformation of liquid dairy materials and fats into powder, controlling equipment parameters and operational conditions.
• Prepare, verify, and launch production programs and settings.
• Pilot the installation, adhering to production standards.
• Ensure and control the quality of produced products.
• Clean the tower as needed.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of the work environment.
• Perform first-level maintenance.
• Alert and inform in case of safety-related issues.
• Identify machine deviations (cadences, processes, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in the agro-alimentary industry.
• Knowledge of hygiene, environment, safety, and quality rules in the agro-alimentary sector.
• Knowledge of line operation (automation, electro-pneumatic).
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of the HACCP standard.
