Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Development Coordinator to oversee the growth and success of our ground-mounted photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects within the Nouvelle Aquitaine and Occitanie regions. This role involves leading a team of dedicated project managers, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and driving impactful results in the renewable energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Development Manager to execute strategic initiatives and achieve ambitious growth targets within designated regions.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of 3 Project Managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring successful project execution across all stages.
- Conduct in-depth market research and regulatory analysis to identify promising opportunities and navigate evolving industry landscapes.
- Champion the implementation of efficient internal processes and tools, streamlining operations and maximizing team productivity.
- Represent Arkolia with professionalism and expertise at public forums, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background in business or engineering, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the renewable energy sector, particularly within ground-mounted photovoltaic projects. A deep understanding of agrivoltaics is essential for success in this role.
