About the Role
For our recruitment business, Anavo, which has been dedicated to renewable energy, sustainability, and environmental search for 10 years, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our Paris recruitment team. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while developing account management and business skills, with support from the manager and team. About You
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within Renewable Energy or Construction, Environment, Sustainability, general Infrastructure industries.
- Ideally experience in external recruitment. (Recruitment agency)
- Native French or German speaker, fluent in English
- High analytical thinking with a demonstrated talent for identifying, improving, and streamlining complex work processes
- Strong client and partner relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Recruiter, Indeed, Manatal, Seek, Canva, and similar platforms
- Executive-level communication skills
- Professional presentation
