We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our EssilorLuxottica Global Lens Innovation team. As a key member of our New Product Projects Department Europe, you will be responsible for leading innovation projects in the field of new ophthalmic products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary project team to develop and launch new ophthalmic products, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
- Implement the Stage Gate Process and project management methods to drive project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, macro and detailed planning, risk analyses, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate project progress to top management and governance committees.
- Engineering or business school graduate with 10+ years of project management experience.
- Proven ability to work in complex environments, influence stakeholders, and drive project success.
- Strong understanding of the interdependencies between operations and the needs of the optical industry business.
- Knowledge of the Stage Gate Process and MS project management tools.
- Fluency in English is essential.
