ProductLife Group is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our IT division. This role involves evaluating available technologies and determining the necessary software products to deliver optimal solutions that meet the operational needs of various business units within the organization.
The Solutions Architect will establish a comprehensive strategic technical vision and develop proof-of-concept initiatives that will subsequently be transformed into production-ready solutions.
Once the project is approved, the Solutions Architect will oversee the implementation process and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. This role frequently requires collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, necessitating a balanced approach to address the needs of all parties involved.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into solution concepts utilizing industry-standard technologies.
- Engaging with stakeholders to align their expectations and requirements with established procedures and guidelines.
- Offering strategic recommendations and developing roadmaps for proposed solutions.
- Conducting design, debugging, and performance evaluations on solutions.
- Documenting and disseminating best practices for new solutions, ensuring that documentation and training resources are accessible.
- Promoting process enhancements and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Regularly updating stakeholders on new features and advantages.
- Providing technical and conceptual leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Creating proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions.
- Reviewing and validating design solutions.
- Determining the extent of standard functionalities and identifying areas requiring enhancements or workarounds.
- Assisting in the validation and prioritization of business demands.
- Transforming proof-of-concept solutions into production-ready implementations using effective project management methodologies.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the Information Systems department and other business units.
- Staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and providing recommendations regarding their relevance to the organization's technology framework.
Required Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Architect or in a comparable role.
- Proven background in software architecture design and engineering.
- Previous experience in project management is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of programming languages.
- Solid knowledge of various operating systems and database management systems.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and database technologies.
- Experience with web-based applications.
- Familiarity with Azure and cloud technologies.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey needs to clients and internal teams.
- Experience with REST APIs, ETL processes, and cloud technologies.
Additional Experience and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-oriented and focused on deliverables.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Required Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience.
