Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur de données expérimenté(e) pour renforcer notre équipe de LittleBigCode

Quel sera ton rôle?

Auprès de ton client :

  • Accompagner et conseiller dans l'implémentation de pipelines, de plateformes de données et de processus de transformation des données pour soutenir la création de produits data.
  • Guider les clients dans le choix des technologies les plus adaptées à leurs besoins, en tenant compte de l'existant.
  • Garantir la qualité des données en mettant en place des processus de nettoyage, transformation et intégration des données.
  • Promouvoir les meilleures pratiques en matière de développement de pipelines de données, gouvernance et sécurité.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes métiers pour comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions adéquates.

En interne :

  • Contribuer à la création de contenu pour faciliter le partage d'expertise, la formation continue et le rayonnement de LittleBigCode.
  • Accompagner les business manager lors de propositions commerciales.
  • Assurer une veille technologique régulière pour rester à jour sur les dernières innovations et tendances.
  • Mentorer des Data engineer juniors pour les aider à développer leurs compétences et atteindre leurs objectifs professionnels.
Profil recherché

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) titulaire d'un Master en ingénierie ou en informatique disposant d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Data engineer idéalement acquise au sein de grands groupes ou cabinets de conseil.

Compétences relationnelles recherchées
  • Écoute active : Comprendre les besoins et enjeux de ton client pour apporter la meilleure solution.
  • Vulgarisation : Savoir expliquer des concepts complexes de manière claire aux parties prenantes non techniques.
  • Esprit critique : Capacité à évaluer les situations de manière critique et à prendre des décisions éclairées basées sur les données.
  • Curiosité : Réalisation de veille et formation régulièrement et partage des bonnes pratiques.
Compétences techniques essentielles
  • Langages : maîtrise de Python, SQL et idéalement Scala.
  • DevOps : CI/CD (exemples : Tekton, GitHub Actions, Argo, Jenkins…), IaC (Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Data Platforms : Architecture, Performances, Monitoring.
  • Cloud : AWS, GCP ou Azure.
  • Big Data : bases de données (ex MongoDB, Cassandra) et traitement de volumes de données massifs (BigQuery, Snowflake).

français courant (C1/C2) et anglais professionnel requis.
