About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Communication Manager to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our Communications Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our corporate communications strategy, including the creation and dissemination of internal and external communications materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our messaging and branding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
- Manage and execute large-scale communication projects, including events, campaigns, and crisis communications.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders on communication-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in French a plus.
