Job Summary
Framatome is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team in the Engineering Department. As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for our nuclear power plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for nuclear power plants, including electrical distribution systems, control and command systems, and electrical equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to determine the best course of action for electrical system design and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure that electrical systems are designed and implemented in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, technical reports, and maintenance procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical system design and implementation, preferably in the nuclear industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical system design principles, including electrical distribution systems, control and command systems, and electrical equipment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with electrical system design software, such as AutoCAD and SEE3000.
- Knowledge of nuclear industry regulations and standards, including those related to electrical system design and implementation.
