In the context of this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for informing our clients about the logistical status of their orders, particularly the delivery dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager:
- Receive and process client requests (letters, portal, phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Translate client data and match it with our internal references
- Ensure the advancement of orders in the ERP system
- Consider the urgency and need of the client's request (AOG, stock rupture, production line stop, testing, etc.)
- Notify their supervisor in case of a problem encountered to resolve it as soon as possible if they are unable to do so
- Propose improvements to the processing procedure to increase productivity
- Respect safety rules and internal regulations
Requirements:
- Ideally, a degree in Production Management/Supply Chain Logistics or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles would be an asset
Desirable Qualities:
- Previous experience in conflict resolution/litigation
- Good adaptability
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Being reactive, versatile, and available
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good writing skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SYLOB, etc.)
