In the context of this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for informing our clients about the logistical status of their orders, particularly the delivery dates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager:
  • Receive and process client requests (letters, portal, phone calls, emails, etc.)
  • Translate client data and match it with our internal references
  • Ensure the advancement of orders in the ERP system
  • Consider the urgency and need of the client's request (AOG, stock rupture, production line stop, testing, etc.)
  • Notify their supervisor in case of a problem encountered to resolve it as soon as possible if they are unable to do so
  • Propose improvements to the processing procedure to increase productivity
  • Respect safety rules and internal regulations

Requirements:

  • Ideally, a degree in Production Management/Supply Chain Logistics or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles would be an asset

Desirable Qualities:

  • Previous experience in conflict resolution/litigation
  • Good adaptability
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Being reactive, versatile, and available
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (SYLOB, etc.)
