Job Title: HUMS Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HUMS Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Airbus Helicopters. As a key member of our HUMS Technical Support Department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers who operate HUMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply HUMS Technical Support to customers as the primary point of contact
  • Assume 24/7 customer assistance for HUMS-related issues via mobile phone
  • Deliver HUMS services while respecting contractual commitments
  • Implement HUMS systems and train customers in their facilities
  • Provide technical advice and consulting to ensure optimal HUMS system performance
  • Edit documentation, including training manuals, service bulletins, and work cards
  • Propose improvements to HUMS systems and services to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical parts, systems, avionics, and vibrations
  • Ability to work with I.T. tools
  • Technical English language proficiency
  • Background in helicopter support and maintenance (desirable)
  • Open-minded, proactive, and future-oriented individual with high team spirit and customer orientation

Language Skills:

  • English: Advanced
  • French: Fluent

This position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
