• Recruitment Duties:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard temporary personnel whose qualifications align with client requirements.

Utilize various job platforms provided by the organization along with additional local or external recruitment channels.

Oversee and refresh the database of temporary personnel.

Craft engaging job advertisements and ensure their dissemination on suitable platforms, paying close attention to language and accuracy.

Engage in the retention of temporary staff by monitoring assignments and anticipating their conclusion.

Conduct site assessments at client locations and offer constructive feedback.

Deliver essential information to candidates regarding the proposed assignments.

• Sales and Client Relations:

Foster continuous commercial relationships with clients and potential clients.

Advocate for the organization and its services to temporary staff, candidates, prospects, and clients.

Engage in recruitment events and job fairs.

• Preferred Qualifications:

Outstanding communication abilities, particularly over the phone.

Inquisitive nature with a genuine interest in diverse professions.

Strong drive and enthusiasm.

Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Eligible for a training program from Bac+2 to Bac+5.

Position based in a dynamic environment.
