About the Role:
Tom Ford Beauty is a highly sought-after collection of cosmetics and fragrances, meticulously crafted with Tom Ford's vision of modern glamour and unparalleled quality. We are seeking a passionate Product Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager on assortment planning, launch guidelines, and sample delivery to affiliates.
- Coordinate market sample processes at a regional level, ensuring seamless product delivery and communication between affiliates and global supply teams.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of competitive launches, products, or subcategories within Fragrance and Makeup to identify opportunities and provide valuable insights.
- Participate in in-store execution checks (monthly store visits) for both TOM FORD BEAUTY and competitors.
- Contribute to presentations for regional meetings with brand teams and/or retailers.
- Provide direct support to local teams across 18 affiliates, addressing product marketing-related inquiries.
- Reporting:
- Develop monthly key launch reports by consolidating brand launch performance reports from affiliates and providing insightful analysis.
- Prepare monthly NPD market analyses reviewing TOM FORD BEAUTY brand and product performance, competitive landscape, category trends, and growth areas.
- Contribute to a monthly highlight report encompassing NPD, competitor overviews, new trends, and consolidated retail sales data from markets.
- Conduct regular reviews of competitor activities within the EU market.
