As a Data Insights Specialist at Greenly , you will spearhead our data-driven initiatives, concentrating on product performance and user behavior. You will collaborate closely with our product developers to shape how our clients engage with the platform.

Your role will involve working alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery, while partnering with Joshua, our current Data Analyst, to manage and refine dashboards, analyses, and event triggers within the product.

You will engage in various high-impact projects while bridging the gaps between teams using your data expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize tools such as Retool, Mixpanel, and Metabase to create dashboards and visualizations that facilitate decision-making across our product, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Examine user behavior, operational efficiency, and product performance to uncover correlations and deliver actionable insights.
  • Design and implement dashboards for the marketing team to track website conversions and user behavior, aiding in the optimization of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product developers to establish KPIs, create dashboards, and translate strong product performance into high user retention.
  • Analyze and oversee the delivery process to identify bottlenecks and leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • You possess strong analytical skills, curiosity, and excellent communication abilities.
  • You have demonstrated success in managing data visualization projects from inception to completion.
  • You excel in analytical thinking with a focus on deriving actionable insights from data.
  • You are highly skilled in SQL for querying databases, with experience in PostgreSQL or BigQuery being advantageous but not essential.
  • You have experience with Data Analytical Tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel or Metabase is a plus.
  • Your proficiency in spoken and written English is solid.
