Clinical Operations Manager

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of clinical trials, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the integration of all project team activities, leveraging internal and external resources to optimize clinical trial execution.
- Provide strategic input and execution of clinical trials from protocol design to the final clinical study report.
- Develop and implement contingency and risk management plans to ensure successful trial execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure seamless trial execution.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trial progress, including study sites, vendors, and regulatory submissions.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to ensure timely and accurate information exchange between stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact trial execution.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business discipline.
- 5+ years of clinical research experience, with a focus on clinical trial management.
- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
