Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and merchandise as needed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive team culture.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
