Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Support Analyst to join our team in the SAP Support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP system, resolving technical issues, and improving the overall quality of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management: You will be responsible for resolving level 2 incidents on a daily basis, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Problem Management: You will participate in the continuous improvement of our service quality, analyzing and resolving the root causes of recurring incidents.
- Project Coordination: You will coordinate with the SAP Support team and the Cash Handling team to ensure the smooth operation of our SAP system during weekly and monthly closing periods.
- Process Optimization: You will optimize our business processes, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Logistics Management: You will manage the logistics of our stores, ensuring that all goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantities.
- Quality Assurance: You will participate in the continuous improvement of our service quality, ensuring that all processes are optimized and efficient.
Requirements
- Education: You must have a higher education degree (Bac+2) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Skills: You must have a good understanding of SAP and its modules, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: You must be fluent in English.
