Production Manager

**Job Summary**

As a Production Manager at Safran companies, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance of production operations within our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong background in production management, with experience in leading teams and implementing efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Manage production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in production management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
