Candidate Profile

Requirements: A master's degree in power electronics or a doctorate in this field is required. At least 3 years of experience in power electronics is also necessary.

Key Skills: Perfect knowledge of AC/DC converters, including components, control, and industrial applications. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. An intermediate level of French is also required.

Responsibilities
  1. Setting up testing benches and qualifying electric vehicle charging technologies.
  2. Organizing and supervising internal tests on power electronics technologies.
  3. Ensuring the follow-up of collaborations and tests with external partners.
  4. Analyzing and interpreting data from tests to improve the reliability of adopted solutions.
  5. Contributing to the development of innovative thermal management solutions using dielectric fluid for power electronics.
  6. Contributing to the implementation of predictive models in electric vehicle charging.
  7. Being a R&D correspondent for the Charging Services Business Unit regarding charger technology.
  8. Monitoring new technologies and following up on patent development for charger technologies and on-board power electronics.
  9. Participating in interprofessional organizations and attending conferences in the field.
  10. Ensuring QHSE commitments are respected and enforced.
