Technical Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at International Rive-Nord Inc. in Laval. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our heavy truck dealership.

• Determine customer needs through email, phone, or in-person interactions
• Prepare cost estimates for necessary work
• Collaborate with mechanics in the workshop to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Keep customers informed about work progress, deadlines, and additional costs
• Provide explanations related to repairs and maintenance services
• Inform customers about accessories and additional maintenance needs
• Perform other tasks as required to meet job demands

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• English language skills (desired)
