Photovoltaic Installer

Eneffic is seeking a skilled Photovoltaic Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation of solar panel systems on rooftops and structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Pre-Installation Preparation: Review project plans, verify equipment, and prepare necessary materials.
• Solar Panel Installation: Install solar panels on rooftops or designated structures, adhering to safety protocols and industry norms.
• System Assembly and Testing: Assemble and connect system components, including panels, inverters, cables, and other equipment, and perform functional tests to ensure proper system operation.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning panels and inspecting connections, and troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment.
• Site Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols on job sites, protecting team members and surrounding individuals.
• Administrative Tasks: Document intervention reports and maintain administrative records of completed work.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic electrical principles and installation practices.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work at heights and handle heavy loads safely.
• Manual Dexterity and Organization: Skilled in manual labor and able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Plan Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative on the job site.

• Photovoltaic Installation Certification
• Quali'Enr or Qualif'lec Training
• Electrician's License
• High-Rise Work Permit
• Basic Fire Safety (BR), Basic First Aid (BC), and High Voltage (H1V) Training
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in Solar Panel Installation

• Valid Driver's License (Permis B)
• Availability for September 2024 Start Date
• Based in Lattes, with Frequent Travel to Job Sites
