Cosmetic Active Ingredient Developer

At Croda, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating cross-disciplinary product development/innovation projects, participating in the development of products with cross-countries teams, and assisting in the design of the strategic long-lens marketing plan based on and anticipating market trends and scientific advances.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate cross-disciplinary product development/innovation projects (R&D, regulatory, CSR, commercial, toxicology, intellectual property, etc.)
- Participate in the development of products in association with cross-countries teams (France, Korea, China, USA, etc.)
- Assist in the design of the strategic long-lens marketing plan based on and anticipating market trends and scientific advances
- Prepare marketing briefs for R&D as well as innovative sales pitches
- Design sales materials in the form of presentations, fact sheets, brochures, etc. and support external communication (digital, press, events)
- Train local and international sales teams
- Monitoring of the related scientific publications, market and competition
We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree in skin biology, biology or pharmacy, and a minimum of 3 to 5 years' proven experience in the development of actives, in a biology laboratory and/or in marketing. You should have a real cosmetic sensibility and a strong knowledge of this market, good project management skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to highlight results, interpret them, and deliver messages to audiences from different backgrounds in an easy to understand and interesting manner.
You should be curious, thrive in design thinking, have very good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit. You should enjoy working in interdisciplinary and intercultural environments. Expertise in ceramides is a plus.
