Your Role:
As a key member of the regional support team, you will be tasked with driving the Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) strategy for all facilities within the North-Central-East region, as well as overseeing certification initiatives.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Implementing the continuous improvement framework: promoting the QHSE policy on-site, tracking performance indicators and action plans, conducting both internal and external audits, providing training, raising awareness, and supporting operational teams.
- Ensuring adherence to QHSE protocols as outlined in the company's internal manuals, ISO standards, RABC standards, and environmental regulations.
- Actively engaging in certification processes.
- Contributing to cross-departmental projects led by the national QHSE management team.
You will collaborate closely with regional factories, local teams, and central services.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Quality, Safety, and Environment.
- Proven leadership abilities with a strong sense of autonomy, creativity, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an industrial context.
- Ability to implement a QHSE strategy and monitor outcomes with a practical approach, providing ongoing support to on-site operational teams.
- Familiarity with ISO standards; knowledge of RABC standards is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety risks.
- Dedication to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
