Position: Quality Assurance Engineer
Our esteemed client, a prominent player in the precision manufacturing sector, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance their operational team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and documenting non-conformities (incident reports, 8D methodology),
- Facilitating problem-solving teams,
- Engaging in process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA),
- Conducting industrial validations: First Article Inspection (FAI), Design Verification Inspection (DVI), and statistical evaluations,
- Performing audits on processes and procedures,
- Training, authorizing, and supervising quality representatives,
- Granting product release approvals,
- Issuing and monitoring waivers,
- Assisting in resolving customer-related non-conformities,
- Preparing for and participating in customer inspections and audits,
- Contributing to the enhancement of the site's quality management system (EN9100 certification, system audits).
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Engineer or a minimum of Bac +5 with a focus on quality management, possessing relevant industrial experience.
Essential Skills:
- Proficient problem-solving abilities (QQOQC, 8D),
- Experience in conducting internal and external audits,
- Familiarity with First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation,
- Solid mechanical understanding.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
