Waterskiing Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Waterskiing Animator to join our team at Club Med Resorts. As a key member of our water sports team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional waterskiing experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup and organize all waterski activities according to Club Med standards, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Manage guest registration, providing waterski material and ensuring guests are aware of safety practices.
• Promote and market waterski activities within the resort to maximize attendance.
• Plan and schedule waterski duties and weekly staff hours, ensuring seamless operations.
• Lead and manage the waterski instructor team, setting objectives and providing training as needed.
• Teach waterski and wakeboarding to guests at all levels, adapting to their needs and abilities.
• Organize waterski and wakeboarding competitions, creating new games and entertainment to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

• Excellent teaching skills and ability to pass on technical and safety rules to beginners and experienced participants.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks.
• Passion for waterskiing and water sports, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
