We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Quality Client Coordinator (H/F) - on a temporary contract.

Under the responsibility of the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing client quality data (delivery times, security, customer satisfaction...) and implementing action plans to ensure services meet our framework contracts.
  • Establishing a relationship of trust with your portfolio of clients to manage (between 80 and 100 accounts) in a logic of retention and loyalty.

On a daily basis, your missions will be:

  • Regularly meeting with your client portfolio to study logistics data from sites and report relevant information (visio or physical meetings, with approximately 1 to 2 trips per month).
  • Building analyses using our internal tools and being able to define trends and propose improvement actions.
  • Being the point of contact with our internal operations and the client to share corrective actions.

Required Profile:

  • Generalist training (business school, university, IAE...), logistics or continuous improvement training.
  • First experience in analytical functions, mastery of SQL (DBeaver would be a plus).
  • Fluent English (management of several accounts in English).
  • Good oral communication and comfortable working in a team.
