Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Painter to join our team at Volkswagen. As an Automotive Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles to the highest standards of quality and finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and paint vehicle surfaces to a high standard, using a variety of techniques and materials.
  • Apply coatings and finishes to vehicle surfaces, including primers, basecoats, and clearcoats.
  • Work with a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all painted surfaces meet the required standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Painter or in a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive painting processes and materials.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license (Permis B).
