Your primary responsibility will be to assist our registered nurses in delivering high-quality dialysis treatment, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Conduct routine tests and procedures, such as blood pressure checks and vital sign measurements
- Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment, including setting up and operating hemodialysis machines
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
