About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at the EHPAD de La Méaugon, a residential care home for the elderly. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with mealtime and hydration
  • Participate in activities and events to promote socialization and engagement
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements
  • Diplôme AIDE SOIGNANT or AES OBLIGATOIRE
