About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Administrative Pole Manager at EPSM Morbihan. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Director of Quality, Performance, and Communication in the management and coordination of administrative tasks and projects within the pole.

  • Providing administrative support to the pole's management team, including the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

  • Coordinating and implementing administrative procedures and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

  • Participating in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives and projects.

  • Conducting research and analysis to inform administrative decisions and improve service delivery.

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

  • Providing training and support to staff on administrative procedures and policies.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of administrative systems and processes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a healthcare administration or management role, preferably in a similar setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to inform administrative decisions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and patient-centered care.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
