We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Coordinator for our esteemed partner in the real estate sector. This role presents an excellent chance for professional growth while pursuing a Management degree in Real Estate. As a key member of a team of 10 professionals, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of 800 properties. Your responsibilities will include engaging with various stakeholders, organizing General Assemblies, managing budgets, supervising maintenance initiatives, and handling administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with property owners and tenants to address their needs and concerns.
- Prepare and facilitate General Assemblies to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Manage financial aspects, including budget preparation and monitoring.
- Oversee maintenance projects to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of property management.
Position Details:
- Contract type: Professionalization or apprenticeship
- Duration: 12 to 24 months, full-time
- Salary: Based on age and level of education
