Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multidisciplinary Technical Specialist to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing maintenance and services, and providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with building occupants to ensure their needs are met
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor the condition of installations and track maintenance activities
  • Verify the proper operation and maintenance of installations
  • Follow up on regulatory inspections and ensure compliance
  • Prepare detailed reports on the condition and functionality of technical installations
  • Monitor the application of contracts, ensuring that all necessary documents are up to date
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure that maintenance schedules are respected
  • Update and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements
  • Higher education degree (BAC +3 or BAC +2) with relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility
