Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing business development activities that lead to expansion and growth of new business. You will develop existing business, cultivate new relationships to uncover new opportunities, develop solutions, and sell strategic Colt services.

You will be responsible for:

  • Active prospecting to identify new opportunities and expand the customer scope
  • Broadening and deepening existing customer relationships in order to gain strategic positioning as well as retain existing revenue and attain additional business
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in execution of the regional strategy, to drive profitable growth across accounts
  • Developing account management plans based on industry trending and customer analysis, which includes preparing executive profiles, and continuous study of assigned accounts, industry, business, and trends

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams from different cultures and countries. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through formal learning and development, networking, and mentoring from diverse thinkers and doers at all levels of our business.

About You

We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and eager to develop a career in Sales B2B in an IT/Telco environment. You should be a student in your 4th or 5th year of 'Programme Grande Ecole' / 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor in Business and Administration / 4th or 5th year of a Master.

You should be motivated by leading from the front, thrive off competition, and have a growth mindset. You should display resilience and perseverance, be numerate and articulate, and fluent in English and French.
