Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Agent logistique

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Agent logistique to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, from receipt and storage to routing to the relevant departments, picking, packing, packaging, and shipping in accordance with the cost, quality, safety, and lead times set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and products for compliance
• Pick products according to order preparation instructions and prepare packages, batches, etc.
• Check the operating and safety status of production facilities and equipment
• Load packages and move them to the shipping, storage, or production area
• Complete order follow-up forms and report damaged products or defective equipment
• Maintain clean and tidy working areas and ensure equipment is in good working order
• Report any faults detected to your line manager
• Operate machinery or vehicles requiring a permit (forklift truck, trailer tugs, etc.)
• Distribute components internally to relevant departments
• Pack goods and products according to their characteristics, orders, and mode of transportation
• Monitor inventory status
• Count product part numbers and record them
• Conduct rolling inventories
• Prepare and track shipments
